What an utter bunch of c***s. So far they have f*cked up billing me for broadband 2 months running, then offered me 3 months free to appease my rage only to get billed the next month! No money for it (it was supposed to be free!) so now in the shit with the bank as well as talk talk applying an admin charge!

Didn't help my fit of rage when ringing thier billing dept the bloke forgot he had a call and started the call yabbering on with his mate in indian.

They are without doubt mongs.

I rang them to tell them their payment date was before i got paid. The guy says cancel the dd and renew afterwards because i can't change the payment date.
So thats what i did.

Now they want 7.50 for canceling PLUS a further 3.50 for a non dd bill !!

Wish i'd never bothered now.

I've refused to pay the 7.50 as they never informed me i would have to pay extra, but as usual mr indian can't understand the problem.

Sky is the way forward. Reliable connection and unlimited means unlimited. Unlike BT. Damn sh**** homehub.

why on earth do large companies outsource their call centres just to save money that they are raking in. Why not give people jobs in the UK and get better service.

I live in the middle of no where used to be with SKY was fine for a year and a half until ........

every time used to play games my ping would be at 140 on codwaw (internet was always fine. months of phone calls to the support center in india (trying to explain ping to them) i eventually got passed to to a english person and was told there is a fault in my exchange and they cant do anything cos the exchange is owned by BT, so i asked if i was with BT they could fix it? they said yes. i then asked them to pass me on to the account cancelation section.

Ever since i joined BT my connection has been flawless. yes BT is a little expensive but if my line is stable im happy.

Seems that getting a good isp is very hit and miss depending on the area you live in, think its just try one and see if they work for you.

as i said james sky was fantastic for the year and half before it all went wrong

Wait till you fall foul of their 'fair usage' policy.
